TRANSMIGRATION

Philosophy from the Far East that has reached today a universal dimension: “Nothing disappears, everything gets transformed”, or “From destruction comes life”; another life that could be at least as rich and diversified as the previous one.

I wanted to illustrate this thought by a looping string of luminous figures starting as a symbol from an aquatic animal.

In general, my work is not only meant to make people dream but it is also a statement that art and leading-edge technology can team up together to create synergy.

Ten years ago, the town of Kobe in Japan has been devastated by a terrible earthquake. To celebrate the reconstruction of the town, the Hyogo museum of Kobe has launched a contest addressed to the international community of artists.
Only 100 works are to be exhibited.
